Last night

Well well well, last night I had the chance to ride an 80's 7'1" that might have been GL's.
Boy was it the perfect board for the conditions whooo wheeeee!

Note to self: Move the fin forward for large mushy high tide point break waves...

Day one, newbie...

I like, I like... I had a few at First to get the feel, then paddled up to Second and had some screamers. Then back to first and done.

OK so I traded the Crayola Klaus for this, can't wait to take it for a spin:

Last Night

Was fun but... Wrong hulls. both did not like mushy waves.
First I tried the Crayola Klaus. This one either needs a steeper wave or is really still jinxed:



Then I tried this 7'6" which I now feel has way too much rocker. I have to rethink ownership or modification of this one:
